What kind of image should I upload?
Please upload the highest-resolution original image available and choose an image with the same aspect ratio as your selected puzzle size. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed files, or blurry images. Keep faces and other important details away from the outer edges, as a different image ratio may require cropping.
Will the printed image look exactly like my screen?
Printed colors can vary slightly from a phone or monitor because screens use different brightness and color settings. The sharpness of the printed result also depends on the resolution and clarity of the original image you provide; low-resolution, blurry, or heavily compressed images may appear less detailed when enlarged. Minor cropping may also be needed to fit the selected puzzle ratio. Please review the confirmation carefully before approving the final result.
Will I confirm the final result before production?
Yes. We will contact you at the email address used for your order within 2 days to confirm the final result. Please check your inbox and spam folder and reply promptly, as a delayed response may extend the preparation time.
How long does a custom puzzle take to prepare?
Custom puzzle orders normally require 1–5 business days for preparation. This is the preparation time before shipment and does not include delivery transit time. Image changes or delayed confirmation may extend this timeframe.
What is included with my order?
Your order includes the custom jigsaw puzzle made from your approved image. Glue is not included because our pieces are designed with a tighter interlocking fit.
What material is the puzzle made from?
Our puzzles are made from white card rather than traditional wood. This material produces less sawdust and supports a clean finish with a firm, reliable piece fit.
Can I return or exchange a custom puzzle?
Because each custom puzzle is made specifically from the image you provide, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality-related reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team promptly so we can review the issue and provide appropriate support.
